The Red Sox signed Edgar Renteria to a four-year, $40 million contract on Wednesday, according to the Boston Globe. Renteria hit .287 with 10 home runs and 72 RBI last season for the Cardinals. "The biggest reason was that Boston is a traditional team," Renteria said.
