The Rangers acquired Josh Hamilton from the Reds Friday in exchange for Edinson Volquez, according to the Rangers website. Hamilton, who hit .292 with a .368 OBP, 19 homers and 47 RBI in 298 at-bats last year, will handle the center field duties for the Rangers.
