The Blue Jays claimed Hector Luna off waivers from the Indians on Friday. He hit .251 with six home runs and 35 RBI for Triple-A Buffalo of the International League this season. Luna could get some action at shortstop with Royce Clayton designated for assignment, but he really doesn't bring much to the table in fantasy.

Hector Luna reported to camp out of shape, committed eight errors and was sent down to Triple-A Buffalo Saturday, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "A big part of what you have to do is to get in shape, stay in shape and put your body in a position where you can go out and perform," said manager Eric Wedge. "Hector still needs to work toward that."

Hector Luna made two more errors Tuesday, giving him six in 10 games this spring, according to the AP. "He was a little off today, though he's had a couple good days recently," manager Eris Wedge said. "He has to work on getting in better shape and be more sure handed." With Wedge saying that Joe Inglett is a longshot to make the team, Luna seemed to have been in pretty good shape to land a utility role, but he can't afford to keep playing like this.
