Manager Bob Melvin indicated that struggling infielder Conor Jackson will likely get a day off Sunday, according to the Arizona Republic. He will be given a "mental day off" and Melvin added, "He's more worn down than anything else. I can't even remember his last day off."

If you have Conor Jackson on your fantasy squad, double and triple check that he is active tnight. The reason being is that usually when he faces off against Colorado hurler Jeff Francis, he abuses him. Jackson is hitting .375 (12-for-32) with four home runs off the lefty. He also has two doubles and ten RBI off of him, with a slugging percentage of .813.
