Rich Hill returned to the Triple-A mound on Friday night. He had been out since May 16 due to back spasms. Hill lasted three innings and allowed three runs. He also walked three and struck out five. "I feel like I'm throwing the ball as well as I have in a long time," Hill told the Des Moines Register. "It's been a couple weeks since I've been in a game, but I feel good after not being able to get into a rhythm since Day One of spring training."
