Jonathan Sanchez lost for the eighth time in his last nine decisions, done after 3.1 innings and just 74 pitches, according to the AP. The left-hander was tagged for seven runs - matching his season high - and seven hits. "He shouldn't be tired. He had trouble getting it where he wanted," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. "It's a disappointing start for him. He wasn't very good tonight. He's got good stuff and he'll be fine. Right now, he's not consistent with his command and that's not going to work at this level."
