September 7, 2008 The Red Sox recalled Hansack from Triple-A Pawtucket. May 20, 2007 As expected, the Red Sox optioned Devern Hansack to Triple-A Pawtucket Sunday to make room for Kason Gabbard, according to the AP. Hansack was just recalled to make a start Saturday. He gave up three earned runs on six hits in four innings and took the loss. May 20, 2007 Devern Hansack will probably be returned to Triple-A so the Red Sox can bring up Kason Gabbard to pitch Sunday, the AP reports. May 18, 2007 Devern Hansack has been recalled from Triple-A and will start Friday against Atlanta in place of Josh Beckett. Hansack has a 3.89 ERA in 34 2/3 Triple-A innings this year, with 37 strikeouts against nine walks.
