Right-handed pitcher Tim Stauffer and infielder Craig Stansberry were outrighted to Portland as well. July 29, 2008 The San Diego Padres reinstated pitcher Kevin Cameron from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday and optioned him to Triple-A Louisville, according to the Sports Network. May 8, 2008 Kevin Cameron has been placed on the 15-day DL due to a right elbow sprain, according to the AP. The team also purchased the contract of lefty Shawn Estes from Triple-A Portland.
