August 5, 2008 Eric Hurley received a cortisone shot on Monday, and it's likely to be "awhile" before he rejoins the rotation, MLB.com reports. He is out due to right shoulder inflammation. August 1, 2008 Eric Hurley has been placed on the 15 day DL due to biceps tendinitis retroactive to Monday, according to the Star Telegram. Tommy Hunter will replace Hurley on the active roster. July 30, 2008 Eric Hurley will not make the start on Friday because of biceps tendinitis, according to the Star Telegram. No replacement has yet been named. July 27, 2008 Eric Hurley has been activated from the 15-day DL, according to the AP. Catcher Max Ramirez was optioned to Double-A Frisco as the corresponding move.
