Matt Harpring is still recovering from an infection in his ankle from June ankle surgery and it is unclear when or if he will be able to return to the court, according to The Salt Lake Tribune. "I don't know," Harpring said. "We'll see how it goes. I can't say. It depends on how quickly it gets better. If it all of a sudden jumps, you know, just makes a great stride, then maybe."

Matt Harpring underwent successful scope surgery to remove two bone spurs from his right ankle, this according to The Sports Network. The report notes that there is no timeline on Harpring's recovery or rehab schedule.

Matt Harpring received good news following his Wednesday colonoscopy and other tests on his ailing digestive tract. "I'm healthy," he told the Deseret News Thursday. Although biopsy results won't be fully known until next week, Harpring said doctors ruled out cancer and other diseases they might have suspected, like Crohn's disease, and told him the lining of his GI tract has actually begun to heal with the new medication he's taking. Harpring also practiced with the club Thursday.
