Lakers sign second-round pick Crawford El Segundo, CA (Sports Network) - The Los Angeles Lakers signed second-
round draft pick guard Joe Crawford on Wednesday. Per team policy, terms of
the agreement were not released.
Crawford, 22, started all six games for the Lakers Summer League squad this
past July, averaging 11.3 points including .455 (5-of-11) shooting from behind
the arc, 2.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 32.7 minutes.
A three-year starter at the University of Kentucky, Crawford finished off his
four-year tenure at the school averaging 11.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5

The Lakers are not happy at all with the play of Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum together on the floor, meaning Bynum could start the year coming off the bench, according to the Orange County Register. "Right now, they're very clumsy; they're not working well together. We've got a group that played very well together last year. There are some things that we have to discuss and see how long we drag this out," said Lakers coach Phil Jackson.
A 34-year-old woman was arrested for stalking Lakers forward Luke Walton, according to the L.A. Daily News. This, after she pulled up next to him and simulated holding a gun in September, among other things. "He reported that the woman was using a Sharpie marker and writing on his car. She was following him. She'd park in front of his home and wait for him to leave and return. She told him that,`You are supposed to be the person I marry," said Manhattan Beach police Sgt. Steve Tobias.
