Neither Lawrence Tynes nor John Carney will be named the permanent kicker for the New York Giants, as the team will make a decision on who will kick for them on a game-by-game basis, the New York Daily News reports. "I’m not going to say it’s one way or the other. It’s a week to week or game to game decision," said Giants coach Tom Coughlin.
