Roy Williams did not register a catch in his Cowboys' debut last Sunday in a loss to the Rams, and he noted that he needs time to adapt to the team, according to the Star-Telegram. He said, "It’s going to take me 2-3 weeks to know the whole playbook and I don’t even know if this is the whole playbook or not. Hopefully by the bye week, I will be comfortable."

Roy Williams officially signed his five-year, $45 million contract with the Cowboys Saturday, according to the Dallas Morning News. Williams will receive $27 million guaranteed over the life of the contract.
