Phoenix, AZ (Sports Network) - Sean Doolittle recorded a pair of doubles and knocked in three runs, as the Oakland Athletics hammered the Seattle Mariners, 12-1, in Cactus League play.

Rajai Davis finished 4-for-4 with two doubles, scored three times and drove in a run for Oakland. Newcomer Matt Holliday notched a pair of RBI singles for the Athletics, who pounded out 16 hits. Starter Edgar Martinez allowed two hits over three scoreless innings.

Jarrod Washburn struggled on the hill for Seattle, yielding four runs on seven hits in 1 1/3 innings. Rob Johnson knocked in the Mariners' lone run.
